Customer Satisfaction Survey 2025: Flavour Has Improved

In October, over 1,750 respondents from students, school staff, and early childhood staff participated in our customer satisfaction survey.

Key findings:

  • 63% of students feel school meals are seasoned appropriately (an improvement from last year).
  • 48% are satisfied with menu variety; 34% find the salad bar appealing.
  • Average rating for school meals: 3.1 (scale 1–5).
  • Staff overall ratings: school meals 3.6, daycare meals 3.5.
  • Service friendliness and flexibility received high praise: over 85% rated it good or excellent.

Actions:

  • Pea soup removed from the rotating menu.
  • Kebab casserole replaced with minced meat and potato with tomato casserole.
  • Special diet improvement project is underway.
