Deceleration is a joint exhibition by Timo Heino and Kaisu Koivisto, centered around material entanglements. Heino combines organic and synthetic elements in his sculptures, while Koivisto’s sculptures and photographs document human activity and the passage of time. Underlying the exhibition are questions about the temporal layers of existence and the complex interactions between humans and their environment.
