Our goal is an energy efficient community infrastructure with plots of land available for different needs and uses.

We offer plots for single-family housing and other residential and business building needs.

Are you considering moving to Porvoo or looking for a new home here? The City of Porvoo would like to hear what kind of housing, residential plots, and neighbourhoods people are looking for, as well as the factors that influence housing choices and relocation decisions.

Completing the survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes. Responses will be processed anonymously and used to support the development of housing and residential plot offerings in Porvoo.

The city markets single-family plots from all over the city. Single-family plots are sold both to private people to build their own homes on, and to companies to build houses for selling.

Plots for blocks of flats and terraced houses are sold according to demand. Vacant plots can be found in different parts of the town. The city housing policy is taken into consideration when releasing the plots. Most of the plots are sold at fixed prices decided by the city council. Plots are also sold from time to time by a call for tender.

Vacant business plots can be found in different parts of the town.
