Hourly rate: 2,20 €/hour. Zone 2 (area 552) 1,00 €/hour.
Resident parking permit: 200 €/year
Business parking permit: 1 395 €/year, 220 €/month

Paid parking spaces
Parking is subject to a fee on most streets in the city centre area. The times during which parking is subject to a fee are:
- Mon–Fri from 8 am to 6 pm
- Sat from 8 am to 3 pm.
The parking fee is €2/h. Zone 2 (area 552) 1,00 €/hour for the first 2 hours, then 0,50 €/hour (inc. VAT).
Free-of-charge parking spaces with time limits
Free, but time-limited parking spaces are marked in blue on the parking map. Time limits range from 30 minutes to 10 hours.
- When parking is subject to a time limit, the start time of parking must be indicated in a sufficiently clear manner.
- The indicated start time of parking must be the time at which the vehicle was parked.
Free parking spaces
On the parking map, you will find free parking spaces near the city centre marked in green. These include the west side of the river, the east side of Old Porvoo and the Empire district.
