The Porvoo Info remote service point provides services provided by Kela, the Tax Administration and the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. The remote service point is open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Closed on public holidays.

You can book an appointment for the remote service in advance by calling the Porvoo Info number or the service numbers of the authorities. If there are appointments available, the remote service can also be used without an appointment.

You can book a remote counseling session with Porvoo Info customer advisors. You can participate with a mobile device or computer. The counseling session is on Microsoft Teams. Remote counselling provides advice on the following topics, among others:

• Instructions for use of the city’s online store
• Intructions for using the e-service ePorvoo
• General advice on the city’s services

Ask for advice and give feedback to the city digitally in ePorvoo. Porvoo Info’s personnel will help you with using digital services and filling out forms.

In Porvoo Info you can pay bills to the city without handling fees, such as:

• Parking tickets
• Course fees for the adult education centre
• Porvoon vesi bills
• Rent for the city’s land plots

We do not accept cash.

Porvoo Info sells products by the city, including

• Forms concerning building and real estate
• Fishing permits for water areas owned by the city of Porvoo
• Porvoo guide and address maps
• Products by the Art School of Porvoo (Porvoon taidekoulu), such as bags and mugs

Marketplace spots at Jokiranta are reserved from Porvoo Info.

Gammelbacka Welfare Centre and Lundintalo Conference Centre are reserved in the city’s webshop. Keys are retrieved from Porvoo Info.
