On this page you will find invoicing addresses and instructions for invoicing the City of Porvoo.
The City of Porvoo primarily accepts e-invoices. The payment term for invoices addressed to the city is 21 days unless otherwise has been separately agreed. The invoice must meet the invoice marking requirements according to the Value Added Tax Act and the invoice must include the customer’s cost center as a reference and the customer’s name as additional information.
Private entrepreneurs, people working under a business name or invoicing through an invoicing service must take into account the city’s obligation to insure work according to the Public Sector Pensions Act.

If the invoice is sent by email, it must be submitted in PDF format for conversion to one of the following addresses::
One email can contain multiple PDF files (max. 10), but one PDF file must contain only one invoice and its attachments. The PDF file must have the same address information as a paper invoice.
No other material than invoices with attachments may be sent to the invoicing addresses. Other material must be sent to other postal addresses of the City of Porvoo.
All invoices addressed to the City of Porvoo must include the customer’s cost center as reference information and the customer’s name as additional information.
