Payment methods
In addition to cash and bank cards, you can pay at the swimming pool with Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Smartum gym voucher, Smartum culture voucher, Smartum balance card, Tyky voucher, Activity voucher, Activity card and e-pass.
In addition, additional visits can be purchased in the Porvoo city webshop if you have the swimming hall mobile app or customer card.
Customer card
If you don’t want or can’t use serial tickets via mobile app, you can use a customer card. Customer cards can be purchased at the swimming pool cashier, for 5 euros.
You can download additional tickets to the customer card in the Porvoo city webshop or at the swimming hall cashier.
Mobile app
You can download swimming tickets to the Ceepos Mobile Payment app. You can buy additional tickets in the webshop or at the swimming hall cashier.
At the swimming hall cashier, show the QR code from the app (Settings / Show identifier) to use a single ticket to the swimming hall.
Below are instructions for setting up the mobile app and downloading additional tickets in the webshop.
How to activate swimming hall serial tickets in the mobile app
1. Download the app Ceepos Mobile Payment
The Ceepos Mobile Payment application can be downloaded on Android in the Google Play Store, or the App Store for Apple devices.
You can find the app by searching Ceepos or Ceepos Mobile Payment.
2. Register as a user
You will need to provide the following information to the Ceepos Mobile Payment application: first name, last name, e-mail, password, phone number and PIN (4–6 numbers). The PIN is needed for online purchases. All of the information listed above is obligatory.
When you have provided the information, you must agree to the Terms of Service. Click the Register button to continue.
There is no age limit for using the app. An email address is necessary.
3. Confirm your account and log in
A confirmation code will be sent to the e-mail address which you provided when registering. Fill in the code in the Ceepos Mobile Payment application.
The confirmation code is not case-sensitive. After you have pressed Register, the user account is ready for use.
Ceepos Mobile Payment can only be used by logging in to the application.
4. Select service provider and location: Porvoon kaupunki, Porvoon uimahalli
Select service provider: Porvoon kaupunki (city of Porvoo)
Select location: Porvoon uimahalli (Porvoo swimming hall)
5. Download tickets at the webshop or cashier
Now you can download swimming hall visits to the app, either at the webshop or at the swimming hall cashier.
When shopping for tickets, you will need a customer identifier. You can find this in the app by selecting Settings / Show identifier.
6. Use a ticket by showing the QR code at the cashier
When you want to use a swimming ticket from the mobile app, open Settings /Show identifier. Show the QR code to the cashier.
How to buy swimming tickets at the webshop
1. Take out your mobile app or customer card and the PIN
You will need either the swimming hall mobile app or a customer card to buy tickets in the webshop.
You will also need a PIN which you have defined yourself when registering for the mobile app or customer card.
Using customer card: You will need the customer card number, which is printed on the surface of the card.
Using the mobile app: You will need the identifier, which you can find in the mobile app under the QR code (Settings / Show identifier).
You will also need your online banking credentials or credit card to pay online.
2. Select the product. Identify your customer card or mobile app. Pay online.
In the online shop, select the product you want to buy. If you choose products from a discount group, you will need to show the document entitling you to the discount at the swimming hall cashier.
Fill in your customer card number or the identifier from your mobile app. Fill in your PIN.
Add to cart, and pay for your purchases.
