Mobile Youth Work
Youth workers travel around Porvoo, greeting young people in different parts of the city and outside the city center.
Limo is a van used by youth services to transport youth workers from one place to another. You can recognize the van by the “LiMo” text on its side. You might see the Limo van cruising the streets of Porvoo or, for example, at various events. Let’s say hi when we see each other!

The Youth Services “Limo” van will be traveling around Porvoo throughout the summer. Youth workers will meet with young people in different parts of the city, bringing along a variety of activities, such as games, music, contests, and group barbecues. Zentra is open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Free pancake parties for teens at the Zentra Youth Centre! Come and enjoy!
Youth flea markets at Zentra on Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Do you have any extra stuff you’d like to get rid of and make some pocket money at the same time? Come set up a flea market table in Zentra’s courtyard from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.! You can come alone or with a friend. Zentra will provide you with a table (free for everyone under 29) and a chair to use. No advance registration required—just show up. It’s that easy!

Come join Limo and take part in various challenges, contests, and competitions! These activities are free and do not require registration.

Let’s have a barbecue together at the tip of Kokonniemi
Friday is barbecue day at the tip of Kokonniemi. The grill heats up starting at 6 p.m. Bring your own food or come see what’s on the grill today. The meal is free, and food is available for the first 20 people.

Holiday On-Call Schedules
Youth workers go out to places popular with young people and travel around the city on holidays such as New Year’s, May Day, the end of the school year, and the weekend when school starts. Youth workers are available to all young people from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. and are there to help in any emergencies that may arise. Youth workers can also be called upon for help if a young person or a parent becomes concerned about a young person’s well-being during the evening.
