Youth Services’ Summer Holiday Activities

Camp hours: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Camp hours may vary depending on excursions and will be confirmed later. Each camp day starts at 9:00 AM.

The frisbee golf camp is a day camp where participants visit nearby frisbee golf courses together with youth workers to play, practice, and explore the sport in a versatile way. Each day includes an outdoor picnic lunch. Participants may also bring their own packed lunch if they wish. The camp is suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to more experienced players. Participants’ skill levels are taken into account when selecting courses and planning the daily program.

On Wednesday, we will go on a trip to Orimattila Petting Zoo.

The participation fee includes camp materials, lunch, and an afternoon snack. The fee also includes accident insurance (only for residents of Porvoo) during the camp.

At the camp, we play, enjoy games, and spend summer days together with a varied and inspiring program. Each day brings new experiences and shared successes. The camp program is planned and carried out by young summer employees with the support of a youth worker, so plenty of fun activities are guaranteed. More detailed information about the program will be provided at the beginning of the camp. Come along to meet new camp friends while enjoying wonderful summer vacation days!

Join us for skateboarding (and scooter riding) at the Youth Services’ & Asfaltti-ihottuma rf camp! At the camp, we practice tricks, compete, and, above all, have fun together. Sports professionals will also be invited to give tips and guidance. No previous experience is required—you can also join to learn and try out the basics of the sport. Youth Services has a limited number of skateboards available to borrow for those who do not yet have their own equipment.

The use of elbow, knee, and wrist guards is strongly recommended during the camp, and a helmet is mandatory for all participants. Each participant must bring their own protective equipment.

The participation fee of €60 includes camp materials, meals and a small snack, as well as accident insurance (only for residents of Porvoo) during the camp.

Welcome to the Girl Power camp, offering a fun and inspiring program during the summer holidays. At the camp, we take part in enjoyable sports activities, try out new skills, prepare delicious treats, and do creative crafts. Each day brings the joy of doing things together and making new friends—both familiar faces and new campmates! This camp is full of energy, creativity, and the very best moments of summer.

On Thursday, we will go on an excursion to Hutko’s llama and animal farm.

The participation fee includes camp materials, lunch, and an afternoon snack. The fee also includes accident insurance (only for residents of Porvoo) during the camp.

Where: Helsinki
For: 13-year-olds and older youth
Camp duration: The camp starts on Tuesday afternoon and ends on Thursday afternoon
Price: €50

Join us for a three-day summer adventure in Helsinki! We will stay overnight at a youth center, plan the meals together, go grocery shopping, and prepare the food ourselves. We will explore Helsinki by bus, metro, tram, and on foot. During the camp, we will discover Helsinki’s sights, go shopping, and enjoy the summer holidays together. We hope to see you at the camp!

The participation fee includes round-trip bus transportation Porvoo–Helsinki–Porvoo, two nights of accommodation at a youth center, all meals, and a 48-hour public transport ticket within Helsinki.
