At Universities of Applied Sciences, students acquire practical professional skills and degrees. You can complete either a bachelor’s or a master’s degree at a University of Applied Sciences.
Education at Universities of Applied Sciences is provided at the shared Porvoo campus, located at Taidetehtaankatu 1, Porvoo. The spacious and bright facilities are situated close to the city centre and the beautiful riverside.
At Haaga-Helia’s Porvoo campus, you can complete degree programmes in Finnish or in English. The campus has around 1,100 Haaga-Helia students from 50 different countries. The Porvoo campus offers a modern and innovative learning environment, where studies are carried out in close collaboration with working life.
At Laurea’s Porvoo campus, you can study in Finnish to become a nurse or a social services professional. The campus is shared with Haaga-Helia. The teaching is vocational higher education and is carried out in cooperation with working life partners. For companies and other organisations in the region, we offer opportunities to develop their operations through various development projects as well as staff training.
