Youth Center Opening Hours
The youth centers are also open during automn break. The youth center activities are aimed at third graders and older. For elementary school-aged children, the centers are open in the afternoons; for older teens, they are also open in the evenings. You can come to play games, do crafts, meet friends, and hang out. You can suggest ideas for activities to the staff on site or plan the program together with them.
Arcus LGBTIQ+ youth work
Wed, Oct. 14
5:00–8:00 p.m
Where: At the Youth Workshops, Mannerheiminkatu 20. Opposite the Zentra youth centre, in the same courtyard.
Arcus evenings are for all young people who identify as part of the rainbow community or are interested in LGBTQ+ topics. There are always two adults present. During the evenings, we play games, hang out, and do activities both individually and together. You are welcome just as you are!

DIY Workshop
5–8 p.m., for ages 12–29.
Free upcycling workshop. Bring your own upcycling project—whether it’s a piece of clothing, a small piece of furniture, or a home decor item. The workshop provides tools, supplies, and guidance to help you bring your ideas to life. Come create something new and get inspired!
