Epoon koulu is a small and idyllic Finnish village school located in the countryside. It is situated about 15 kilometers southeast of the center of Porvoo, and around 30 students attend the school.
In the schoolyard, you can hear horses neighing and a rooster crowing. The school building is a single, unified structure that has taken its current form in several phases. The oldest part dates back about 100 years, while the newest was completed in 2010. The school´s enthusiastic teachers and well-functioning digital network connections ensure that students receive modern, high-quality multigrade teaching.
